Pe mine si branza afumata ma distruge, nu doar cărnurile.

Mi-au trimis ai mei niste sunca si muschi afumate de taica'mio, deci vai de plm, iti bati nevasta.

 

trimite-le repede cuiva care are nevasta.

Cotlet de porc, piept de porc, manzat si pui. Toate la gratar. Cu salata.

Femeile au facut-o.

 

A ajutat la anti gretica, pieptul de porc a fost dureros. O linie de carne, una de slanina. Condimentate cu vreo 20 de ore in urma.

trimite-le repede cuiva care are nevasta.

Prezent.

 

Merg facute tocana (gen tocana porcului) cu mamaliga si varza murata. Mori incet...de placere.

Leftovers de ieri. Cotletul nu se vede ca nu mai avea loc, nici pe farfurie, nici la mine in stomac. Mai am si pe maine.

Cred ca o iau pe carari, am plecat sa iau de mancare si m-am intors cu tarte cu visine, ciocolata, lapte, capsuni, banane, pere, pufuleti cu ciocolata si o punga de legume amestec mexican. Tartele alea cu fructe sunt satisfactie orala.

Daca aveau luam si alea.

Azi am bagat asa, rapid si usor. Mor dupa legumele alea

maine dimineata-mi vine mielul

 

 

repede bagati retete de bait pentru miel la gratar

 

 

una va dau eu:

 

se unge carnea cu iaurt si se tine la frigider pana a doua zi dupa care se baga la bait

 

baitul: vin rosu de tara, 200 ml de ulei de masline, usturoi verde tocat la 1 cm, ierburi de Provance( cele cu leventica), menta tocata marunt, fulgi de ardei rosu, sare si piper


se tine la bait cel putin 4 ore in frigider acoperit etans

 

dupa asta aruncati carnea pe gratar

Mie ala la cuptor sau borsul imi plac, dar primul e magnifique, revin cu poze.

Si mie imi place mielul,in special la cuptor.si ciorba de miel.

 

Am mancat in grecia o specialitate de a lor facuta la cuptor de am inebunit.noi nu stim sa l facem asa

Apropo de nuci, am vrut sa plantez cativa. Am ramas mut cand am vazut ca e in jur de 200 de lei unul. Asta in conditiile in care un prun e 10 lei...

lol, pai ai vazut cat e kilu†de nuca? de acolo. Si eu voiam sa fac ceva cu nuci sau pawlonia.

un pawlonia d-ala vreau sa imi pun si eu in curte, dar gata mare cat de cat, are niste flori superbe, e foarte frumos. Oirucm creste ultra rapid.
